Brandon Kraus

Brandon specializes in advising clients on the acquisition, disposition, and strategic positioning of investment properties throughout Sonoma County. With a focused expertise in small to mid-size multifamily, he helps owners unlock equity, evaluate hold vs. sell decisions, and navigate trust, estate, and exchange scenarios.

In addition to his advisory and brokerage work, Brandon is an active real estate investor, personally owning nine residential units valued at over $4M locally. With more than a decade of ownership experience and hands-on management of dozens of tenants, he brings practical, operator-level insight to every client relationship.

By leveraging his background in sales, construction, financial analysis, and negotiations, Brandon identifies strategic investment opportunities and guides clients toward decisions that align with their long-term portfolio goals.

Outside of real estate, he enjoys producing films, spending time with his family, and surfing in Hawaii.
